With funding currently available to help businesses and individuals invest in their training, this event will explore how skills development can build employees' confidence and create opportunities while helping businesses attract, develop, and retain talented staff.

Make the Shift is focused on supporting 15 to 25-year-olds and those living and working in our coastal communities, helping to create clear and rewarding career pathways within hospitality, leisure and tourism. Set within the stunning surroundings of Penningham Estate, this is a great opportunity to connect with industry peers, learn about available support, and discover how investing in people can strengthen both businesses and communities.
