JOIN US for a living demonstration of this concept at our family friendly Lunar New Year Fundraiser for the Montclair Public Library. Dumpling Diplomacy will donate 50% of net proceeds to the library.

Celebration foods from the global Chinese community will mingle with the many resources of the library. Cruise down Dumpling Drive or follow the Noodle Road through the UK, India, Peru, and beyond. Little piles of snacks guide you through the market of tastes, aromas, games, crafts...

Montclair's very own Mei Li, of JEM Stories, will reading from her latest book, "Snakelet's First Friend."

Tickets

Each ticket is exchanged onsite for colored raffles or bites. The bites are then used to purchase food. A large portion is 12 bites. A medium portion is 6 bites. A small portion is 3 bites.

Ticket types:

• Standard (ages 12+) = $49.99 for 20 bites
  
• Ages (6-11) = $24.99 for 10 bites
  
• Ages 5 and under = free (bites can be purchased on site)

Additional bites can be purchased onsite for $2 each. There will also be complimentary candies, savories, and fruits scattered throughout the event. Takeout containers will be available for any who desire to eat offsite. Any food not consumed at the event will be donated to a local food charity.

Sensory Friendly Hour

Doors will open at 5:30pm for a Sensory Friendly Hour. Lights will be dimmed and music will be turned off or down. Limited capacity.
