Eliza Carthy is undoubtedly one of the standout folk performers of her generation. Twice nominated for the Mercury Prize, Eliza has performed and recorded with a diverse array of artists including Paul Weller, Rufus and Martha Wainwright, Nick Cave and Billy Bragg over a 30-year career.
Eliza has rarely stood still artistically. From the purest unaccompanied traditional songs to original music incorporating myriad influences, she has stirred up folk music, putting it back on the map through television, radio and live performance.
The Eliza Carthy Trio is completed by Saul Rose and David Delarre, who also perform with Eliza Carthy and The Restitution. The album, Queen Of The Whirl by Eliza Carthy and The Restitution is out soon.

Local legends Scott Rough and Carl Marrah are the beating heart of Logan's Close. They return to their home town for an intimate acoustic performance of tracks from their forthcoming album, Heart Shaped Jacuzzi.
Combining eclectic influences from music of the 1960s with forward-thinking ideas and approaches to songwriting, they create a saucy wee sound all of their own.
