In this hilarious black comedy, drama critic and marriage sceptic Mortimer Brewster’s engagement announcement is thrown into chaos when he discovers a corpse in his elderly aunts' window seat. Rushing to protect his aunts and reveal his discovery he finds out that they are ‘kindly’ homicidal maniacs and there are more bodies in the basement. Between his crazy aunts, a brother who thinks he's Teddy Roosevelt, and another brother, an escaped murderer who uses plastic surgery to hide from the police – it will be a miracle if Mortimer manages to marry the woman he loves!
