Rhythms of Resistance: Workshop on Protest Rhythms and Chants
Back by popular demand! After the success of our first session, Rhythms of Resistance returns for a second powerful workshop that blends creativity with activism. Led by Haneen Kiwan, Hatem Kiwan, and Meriem Jouti, this session is designed to teach participants how to create dynamic rhythms and chants for Palestine protests.
Using traditional percussion instruments alongside everyday household items, attendees will explore how sound can serve as a powerful tool for resistance and solidarity. This time, Meriem Jouti will also lead a special chant-making workshop, helping participants craft impactful protest chants rooted in collective power.
