A two part workshop exploring the subject of Death and Dying.  Facilitated by Death Doulas Aly Dickinson & Sarah Parker.

We will cover Holistic care at the end of life, what dying can look like, how to be with grief, leaving a legacy and what that means. Planning for the end of life and the support available at this time and beyond.

Please note: This is a two part workshop, we would advise coming to both parts on Saturday Nov 9th & Saturday Nov 16th.

10am - 2pm (Bring your own lunch) @ Exeter Library

Suggested Donation £25 for both

Aly has been an End of Life Doula since 2013- being alongside people with life limiting illness, the dying, the frail, the elderly and those living with dementia. Aly co-founded End of Life Doula UK and facilitates events to bring death and dying back to where it belongs in the community.

Sarah is a Death Doula, Grief Tender and Craniosacral Therapist. She holds a safe, and generous space for healing. She is the founder of Dying with Grace CIC, which aims to make end of life care accessible to all those who need it.

Please do not hesitate to email info@dyingwithgrace.co.uk if you have any questions.
