Have You Ever Wondered...
· How to build true shoulder stability, not just flexibility?
· Why some yoga transitions feel unstable or inaccessible?
· What it would feel like to move with more control, power, and ease?
· How to safely add intelligent resistance to your yoga practice?
If any of these resonate, this workshop is for you.
The Philosophy
This is not a "Kettlebell workout." This is not a typical yoga class. This is a movement laboratory. We use the Kettlebell not for maximal strength, but as a mobility tool—its unique shape and weight creating traction, improving joint articulation, building stability, and deepening body awareness in ways bodyweight practice alone cannot. You will learn to move with the bell, not just lift it.
What Makes This Workshop Different?
This isn't a typical workshop where you watch, then try. Here, you'll understand why before you move. Instead of generic cues, you'll receive individualized attention in a small group of just 15 people. You won't practice isolated exercises—you'll learn integrated yoga + kettlebell sequences. And while most workshops leave you with only memories, you'll leave with a 15-minute personal practice plus a digital handbook and video library for ongoing support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to be strong or fit to attend?
A: No. This workshop is about mobility and intelligent movement, not maximal strength. We use very light bells (4kg-12kg) and focus on form. If you can move through a basic yoga class comfortably, you're ready.
Q: What if I have an injury?
A: Please email us before registering to discuss. Some injuries may be fine with modifications; others may require clearance from your healthcare provider. We want you safe.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Yourself, comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind. We provide all equipment—mats, blocks, straps, and kettlebells in various weights.
Q: How many people will be there?
A: Maximum 15. This ensures each person receives individualized attention and corrections.
Q: I'm a teacher. Will this count toward continuing education?
A: Yes. You'll receive a Certificate of Attendance for 4 hours, applicable to Yoga Alliance (check with your specific registry).
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop. Within 14 days, credit toward a future workshop (transferable). No refunds day-of, but you may transfer your spot to a friend.
Q: I've never touched a kettlebell. Is that okay?
A: Absolutely. We start from absolute fundamentals. You'll be guided step by step.
Q: I'm a kettlebell athlete. Will this be too basic?
A: This workshop is about mobility and integration, not strength or sport performance. If you're curious how yoga principles can deepen your kettlebell practice, you'll find immense value. If you're looking for a heavy lifting session, this isn't it.
