Dyslexia in the Workplace Course

Dyslexia Ireland is delighted to confirm that we are offering our Dyslexia Training Course for the Workplace – delivered online and live via Zoom in November 2025. The course has been modified and re-designed as a response to discussions and interactions with organisations, agencies and individuals with dyslexia. The course’s objective is to upskill staff, to enable them to create an inclusive work environment accessible to all. This environment increases participation, retention, self-esteem and confidence, ensuring that all employees have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

This course will be of particular benefit to line managers, HR personnel and anyone seeking to improve workplace accessibility and inclusion initiatives.

Places on this course are limited so early application is advised.

1. Develop a deeper understanding of dyslexia and how it impacts employees in the workplace
2. Know how best to navigate and support the disclosure of dyslexia
3. Explore inclusive practices that support individuals with dyslexia and benefit everyone

Course Fee: A special Early Bird rate of €40 is available for bookings made by 12 noon on 31st October 2025. After that, the price reverts to the normal fee of €70 per attendee.

A course certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
