Dyslexia in the Workplace Course
Dyslexia Ireland is pleased to confirm that our next Dyslexia in the Workplace Course will take place online via Zoom in October 2026. This course has been developed in response to engagement with Line Managers, HR professionals, and employees with dyslexia.
This course is ideal for Line Managers, HR Professionals, Job Coaches and anyone committed to creating an accessible workplace and providing informed, tailored support to employees with dyslexia.
Participants will have the opportunity engage in discussions and ask questions throughout. To support learning, presentation slides and resources will be shared in advance.
A course certificate of attendance will be sent to attendees after the event.

Learning Outcomes
- Develop a deeper understanding of dyslexia and how it impacts employees in the workplace.
- Understand the complex nature of dyslexia disclosure and learn to confidently support employees throughout the process.
- Explore practical accommodations and inclusive practices that can be integrated into company culture, communications, recruitment, training and development.

Course Fee: A special Early Bird rate of €40 is available for bookings made by noon on Friday, 25th September 2026. After that, the price reverts to the normal fee of €70 per attendee.
