The Dyslexia Association of Ireland is delighted to confirm that we will be running our Dyslexia Training Course for Educators in FET and HEIs in April 2023. This course has been designed as a response to discussions and interactions with educators and individuals with Dyslexia.
This course will provide an overview of what dyslexia is and how it impacts students and their learning. There will be a focus on practical strategies to support learners with Dyslexia in education.
The course is delivered online and live via Zoom. The presentations and supporting documents will be provided to all participants before the course to enhance their learning experience.
This course will be of particular benefit to teaching and learning professionals, disability support staff, senior leadership and anyone working on improving accessibility and inclusion initiatives.
A course certificate of attendance will be sent to attendees after the event. Places on this course are limited so early application is advised.

Time and Date: 19th of April 2023, from 10.00am – 2.00pm.
Course Fee: A special Early Bird rate of €40 is available for bookings made by 12 noon on 31st March 2023. After that, the price reverts to the normal fee of €70 per attendee.
