In this session, we'll cover:

  • Who Enquire are, and how they can support you
  • The resources available through Enquire and the different ways you can get in touch with them
  • What 'additional support needs' means and how children and young people can access the support they are entitled to at school
  • The steps you can take if your child is not receiving the support they need at school.

Who is it for?

This webinar is for parents and carers of dyslexic children and young people, as well as professionals who support them.

About Enquire

Enquire is the Scottish advice service for additional support for learning. They provide advice and information to parents, carers and professionals on the rights of children and young people to support with their education. They also provide advice and information directly to young people through their website, Reach.

They are partners in the My Rights, My Say service which works to ensure children aged 12-15 with additional support needs are supported to communicate their needs to access education, and co-manage the Inclusion Ambassadors project, with Children in Scotland.
