Hosted by Dyslexia Sparks

When someone believes they can’t do something, it can be incredibly difficult to change their mindset – especially when they’ve experienced repeated challenges with reading, writing or learning.

At Dyslexia Sparks, we see first-hand how powerful a positive attitude can be to changing someone’s learning journey. Building confidence is a huge part of what we do. We don’t just focus on the skills someone needs to develop; we give them tools to believe that they can learn, can make progress and can succeed.

In this webinar, we’ll explore how you or your child can move from “I can’t do it” to “I’ll have a go.”

We’ll look at:

  • How repeated difficulties can affect someone’s confidence and willingness to try.
  • Why building confidence can have such a positive impact on learning.
  • Building a “can-do” attitude without putting pressure on.
  • How to help children approach difficult tasks with greater resilience.
  • Celebrating progress and small steps that can lead to big changes.
  • Practical strategies parents can use at home.

We’ve seen outstanding results from putting confidence at the heart of our specialist tuition for children and adults.
