Join us...

...for a relaxed chair yoga class from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’ve tried yoga before or it’s completely new to you, come along, have some fun and spend an hour with the Dystonia UK team and others from across the dystonia community. 

Suitable for everyone- no experience or fitness level needed.

Yoga Instructor

Wednesday 30th September: Natalie King, Communications Coordinator, Lumi Foundation.

Friday 9th October: Barb Durand, Head of Lumi Foundation.

Lumi Foundation began in 2017 as an outreach programme of Lumi Power Yoga studio with the aim of making yoga accessible to all. They began by offering just a couple of classes a week to a small number of yogis and since then have grown significantly to offer nearly 40 regular classes per week at the beginning of 2023.

Dystonia UK

Dystonia UK exists to give hope and support to everyone living with dystonia, and to create UK and worldwide awareness. We are children and adults with dystonia, carers and clinicians, fundraisers and families, medical professionals and our amazing members and supporters, all working side by side.
