Transparent pricing
We love bringing you our events for free, and wherever we can we do. This year we have been supported by sponsors and trusts which has allowed us to heavily subsidise tickets. This means the cost for you has not increased since our last in person conference. This is not a profit making event. Any money raised through tickets is used for costs relating to the event.

If you cannot attend in person or prefer not to, we're delighted to welcome you virtually too using our live streaming platform (Whova). The event will have:

  • transcription enabled - this means that captions of what is being said can be displayed on screen during the meeting
  • chat features which allow you to send a typed message to an individual or everyone
  • a team to support you accessing the content live on the day

We have regularly scheduled breaks so however you choose to join you can feel comfortable throughout the day.

We are committed to making this event as inclusive as possible. If you have any additional requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
