General Concert Info

Buy seats in any section and arrive as soon as the gates open for the best seats in your section. Seating is first-come, first-served, including VIP and A Section. Guests may bring their own approved seating or rent an approved chair at checkout. Many general admission guests also bring blankets for the show. Gates open two hours before the performance, giving you time to settle in, save your seats, and enjoy dinner before the concert begins.

VIP Section

VIP includes dinner and seating nearest the stage. Seating is first-come, first-served, so early arrival is recommended. VIP seating also includes approved camp chair rental, and guests may claim their seats up to two hours before showtime.

A Section

A Section is located directly behind VIP seating and includes approved camp chair rental. Dinner is available on-site as an add-on.

General Admission B Section

General Admission B includes the grassy area behind A Section, approximately as shown on the venue map. Dinner is available on-site as an add-on.

Guests are welcome to bring blankets or regulation-compliant concert chairs no taller than 26 inches. Chair rentals may also be available at checkout or on-site while supplies last.

Limited seating is available for guests with disabilities or conditions requiring alternative arrangements. Please see a member of the Eagle Point staff upon arrival for assistance.

Parking

A parking fee applies to vehicles driving to the concert. Please refer to the parking map here for details. Prepaid guests will have a separate line to help expedite entry. No parking pass is necessary for guests camping at the resort.

Camping & Lodging

Make a full weekend of your concert experience with on-site lodging or camping options. Guests camping at the resort do not need a parking pass for the show.

Food & Drinks

Food and beverages will be available for purchase before and during the show. Outside food, coolers, and glass containers are not permitted.

Venue Policies

• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated area outside the main entrance gate
• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals
• Recording and transmitting the concert is prohibited
• Flash photography is prohibited; non-flash photography may be permitted unless otherwise announced
• All ticket sales are final, though tickets may be transferred or resold if needed

Weather & Cancellation

Rain or shine, the show will go on. Please dress appropriately for mountain weather, as evenings can become cool after sunset.

If a show must be canceled and cannot be rescheduled, purchases will be refunded minus applicable fees.
