Admission & Seating

Concert admission is free, and seating is first-come, first-served. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, bring a blanket or concert chair no taller than 26 inches, and choose a comfortable spot on the lawn. Chair rentals may be available while supplies last.

Accessibility

Limited alternative seating is available for guests with disabilities or other accessibility needs. Please speak with an Eagle Point staff member upon arrival for assistance.

Parking

Concert admission is free; parking is separate. A parking fee applies to vehicles driving to the concert. Prepaid parking guests will have a separate entry line. Guests camping at the resort do not need a parking pass.

Camping & Lodging

Turn the concert into a mountain getaway with on-site lodging or camping.

Food & Drinks

Food and beverages will be available for purchase before and during the show. Outside food, coolers, and glass containers are not permitted.

Venue Policies

• Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated area outside the main entrance
• Pets are not permitted, except for service animals
• Recording or transmitting the concert is prohibited
• Flash photography is prohibited
• Non-flash photography may be permitted unless otherwise announced
• Free reservations may be transferred if the original guest can no longer attend

Weather & Cancellation

The concert will take place rain or shine. Mountain temperatures may become cool in the evening, so please dress accordingly. Any cancellation or schedule update will be shared through official event channels.
