You are cordially invited to attend the in person British Academy Early Career Researcher Network Research Cafe session, Bath Spa Special. The aim of this event is to bring together ECR Network members from the Bath Spa University to network with each other and showcase their research to each other for learning and knowledge exchange. The session will take place on Thursday 22nd June 2023 from 12:00 noon to 15:00 at Newton Park, CM.134 The agenda for the event is as follows: 12 noon: Welcome from colleagues from the British Academy and the Research Support Office 12.15 - 13:00: Presentation from Professor Rob Morrison, BA Global Research Professor, on developing a career in research, followed by a Q&A session 13:00 - 13.30: Networking lunch 13.30 - 14.30: presentations from BA ECRN members Dr Thomas Morris, Dr Tanvir Bush and Dr Helen Goodman on their research, including British Academy and HEQR seed funded research projects 14.30 - 15.00: Q&A session on the scheme, and ESR funding and support available at Bath Spa
The British Academy Early Career Researcher Network will cover travel for Network members to attend the session. You can either book your travel and be reimbursed or the travel can be booked for you, if you would like the travel booked for you and details sent to you, you will need to contact the British Academy up to 3 weeks before the event for this, otherwise you will need to book yourself and be reimbursed.
