We have teamed up with Stress Matters to put on a year long programme that focuses on Workplace Wellbeing. The twelfth in the series is entitled Unlock your Hidden Confidence and takes place on Thursday 18th July 2024 at 11:00 - 12:00pm.
CONFIDENCE
There are many proven techniques for developing confidence in your working and personal life. In this inspiring session, you’ll define what confidence means to you, identify areas where you shine, and create a confidence plan to make improvements in areas where a lack of confidence is holding you back.
