Session Aim
This workshop session aims to provide early career researchers with insights and practical guidance on publishing academic papers. By the end of the session, participants should be able to:
- Understand the key steps and considerations involved in publishing academic papers.
- Learn effective strategies for selecting appropriate journals and targeting the right audience.
- Gain insights on structuring papers, writing compelling abstracts, and crafting impactful introductions and conclusions.
- Learn about the peer review process and how to respond to reviewer feedback.
- Explore ethical considerations and best practices in academic publishing.

Welcome and introduce the workshop facilitators, who are established researchers.
