Join Dr Aaron Bradbury for a full day of professional learning exploring the Love and Nurture Rating Scale and how relational pedagogy can transform early childhood practice.

This engaging and reflective training day will support practitioners, leaders and educators to deepen their understanding of emotionally responsive practice, meaningful interactions and nurturing environments that place the child at the centre.

Throughout the day, participants will:

• Explore the principles behind the Love and Nurture Rating Scale
• Reflect on how relationships shape children’s learning and wellbeing
• Consider how environments, interactions and routines can support emotional security
• Engage in practical discussion and reflective activities linked to real practice
• Develop strategies to strengthen relational and nurturing approaches within their setting
• Consider how the scale can support quality improvement and professional reflection

Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Leaders, Childminders, Reception Teachers, SEND professionals, Family Hub staff and anyone passionate about relationship-led practice in the early years.
