1 hour times-slots available from 5-11pm in the Chilled Life Sauna at Earth Camp's Star Party, Saturday 25th May.

£15 per person for 1 hour in this 6-person Finnish-style wood burning barrel sauna. This beautiful sauna has been hand built locally by its owners, and allows you to enjoy the calmness of the heat in a place that has been traditionally a place to relax and unwind after a long day, a social hub to meet up with friends and enjoy a debate amongst likeminded people.

The benefits range from improving physical health by increasing heart rate and thus reducing the risk of a heart attack, strengthening immune system, to boosting mental well-being by lessening the strains brought up by our hectic lifestyles. The heat relaxes tension in muscles and is great after any sport activity, whether casual or played professionally.

The Sauna will be at the Earth Camp Star Party, which starts at 7pm with a talk from an  astronomer about space. The particularly dark Chailey skies are perfect for our group of astronomers to show a variety of awe inspiring delights in the nights sky - previous events have seen Jupiter and 4 of its moons, Saturn, the moon and sun, and 14 Starlink satellites passing through! The Star Party costs £5 per person donation to a local hospice.
