It's time for episode 6 of Earth Flicks & Chill and we’ve got a very special one lined up for you!
This time we will be chilling with wildlife filmmaker and founder of Renature London Ian Phillips and urban ecologist Akash Barua. Alongside short films about the stunning wildlife that can be found across London we will hear stories about ecosystem restoration and how some species are returning to the city thanks to the impactful work organisations like Renature are doing across the capital.

Deej Phillips is a British and Indian documentary filmmaker with over ten years of experience, specialising in capturing cinematic footage to tell compelling personal stories. His work has been seen on BBC Studios, Channel 4 news, Deutsche Welle (DW), Sky TV and many other international platforms.
Deej directed the award winning feature length documentary ‘The Weight of Water: Human Cost of Climate Crisis’ released in 2022. His three part series ‘Forced to Adapt: India’ was released on Waterbear and screened at events around the world. He has also directed branded content films with BBC Storyworks for Google Health, World Energy Council, the WHO Foundation and other international organisations.
