DUFFUS - Forest School for Grown Ups (Autumn)

Earthtime at Duffus Estate.  Thursdays 11ish to 1ish.  Flexi start and end times to accommodate travel by bus and the busy lives of parents.  Come early and help us set up or stay a little later and help us to tidy up.

Would you like to meet other parents and build your confidence in the outdoors?

Join us for nature based crafts, camp fire, tool use and other woodland activities.

The sessions will take place weekly at Duffus Estate with a range of activities provided each week. As the weeks progress, the activities offered will be shaped by the interests of the group.  You can work towards a Forest and Outdoor Learning Award if you would like to.

The aims of the sessions are:

• Better connection
• More confidence
• Improved mental health and wellbeing

We can help with your travel expenses.

Thank you so much to the Moray Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for funding this activity.
