ABOUT OUR STUDIO: Easely Created is your destination for art instruction and entertainment. To provide the best experience and prepare materials in advance, all event registrations are nonrefundable and non-transferable. If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend for the original event. Please register in advance, as we cannot accommodate walk-ins. To maintain the integrity of our workshops, all painters/makers must be registered; we do not allow shared projects

ARRIVING & CHECKIN: We can't wait to paint with you! To get settled in, please try to arrive about 10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to check in, find your favorite seat, and grab an apron. We’ll start the class right on time, and since the first few steps are the most important, you won't want to miss a single brushstroke! While we’ll have aprons ready for everyone, it’s a good idea to wear something you don't mind getting a little colorful in.

RESERVED SEATING: We look forward to hosting you! To ensure a smooth experience, please note that reserved seating is guaranteed for group bookings of 4+ made together. For smaller parties, we recommend arriving early to select your seats, as we cannot facilitate moving guests once they are settled.

FOOD & DRINKS: Make yourself at home at Easely Created! You are more than welcome to bring along your favorite snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to fuel your creativity. Please keep in mind that due to VA State Regulations, our studio is not a BYOB-authorized venue

LOCATION: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times. Parking meters do not need to be paid M-F after 6pm and weekends are free as well.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Easely Created will provide a rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a credit valid for 90 days will be issued. Please ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout for prompt updates. *Note: A minimum of 6 participants is required for a public class; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a 90-day credit. Private parties require a minimum of 8 participants
