Doctor Who Tardis 16x20 Canvas Paint Night at Easely Created

Ages 10+
To purchase tickets, click "find tickets" at the top of the event (prices and details listed in ticket link). If link is not showing (it might be for a few reasons: 1. your phone app isn't syncing, try from a computer. 2. Event sold out and no more tickets are available or 3. Ticket sales have ended for that event. 4. If Event title says "Save the Date" ticket link has not been added yet.

Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can sell them to someone else If you need to sell your ticket. TICKETS MUST BE purchased in advance for all events, no tickets are sold at the door. 

Try to get there early, arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and grab an apron. Events will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If arrive late, you are going to miss some of the instructions, and you’ll end up playing catch-up all night. Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Purchase tickets early, class size is limited. 

Reserved Seats: We do NOT have reserved seating, unless you are a group of 4 or more and all the tickets for your group are purchased in one SINGLE transaction (I will hold seats for your group to sit together). if you are attending with a group, but did not purchase all tickets in one single transaction, one of your group member should be there early enough to save seats for everyone, as I do not offer reserved seating for groups of less than 4. My studio tables fit 6 people for canvas events and 5 people for 3ft board signs).

DRINKS/FOOD: We are a DIY workshop/paint venue. We do not sell food but you are more than welcome to bring food and non alcoholic beverages woth you. Some of our events offer complimentary wine, the event title will say "Sip & Paint" if wine is being offered (wine is not included at kids paint classes, kids paint parties and fundraisers).

AGE details for events: Some events are kid friendly and will state age in event title and at the top of the event details. If you are attending an event that has complementary wine... you MUST show ID at the door if you plan to drink. 

LOCATION: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Corner of Braddock and Boscawen.

PARKING: Additional to the parking garage.... Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times.. Street parking is metered pay parking M-F from 9am to 6PM. After 6pm M-F and weekends are FREE

Easely Created is a paint and crafting studio with all of the supplies, tools, and space you need to create amazing art, gifts, and memories. Bring friends or make new ones here in our clean, friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere. No EXPERIENCE necessary! Take home your artwork at the end of event.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Easely Created is owned and run by Me, Melanie Hoffman. It is not a chain and not a franchise. I paint all my own paint examples, so the examples posted are my work and are show exactly what we will be painting ( I do copyright my work). 

MORE REFUND INFORMATION: Please keep in mind, since I am the only one who does the events at Easely Created, there are times when emergencies might arise (as I have 2 kids) and with that said, if an event ever needs to be canceled because of ME or Weather, a new date is always offered and if you can't make it... I offer a refund. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I OFFER refunds. 

NEED TO CONTACT EASELY CREATED: My studio does not have a phone setup there and this is due to the fact that i am ONLY at the studio during events (and would not answer the phone during an event). So this is why I do not have a business phone listed. The fastest way to reach me is a message through my Facebook Easely Created page (answer within the hour) or do a form submission through my website (which can take a few hours for me to answer). Either way, I always try to answer as soon as I can (always within the day).

I am A Frederick County public School teacher DURING THE DAY. My event calendar GOES from about 25 events during summer months to about 15 during the school year.

I offer fundraisers late summer though mid November and then again in the Spring. I limit my Fall fundraisers to about 10 and another 10 in the Spring I do not do sponsorship's.
