Creative Kids Paint Class Skating Polar Bear at Easely Created

PLEASE READ as the information below will be helpful in answering all your questions: 
Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can sell them to someone else If you need to sell your ticket. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED in advance, no tickets are sold at the door.

FOR THIS  EVENT: Kids ages 6-14 will be a 11x14 canvas with a skating polar bear theme. Class will be about an hour long. Parents can stay an watch or drop off. 

FOR FUNDRAISER Events: EACH PAINTER must purchase a ticket. If you are painting, you must purchase a ticket as studio seating is only available to those who have purchased a ticket for the paint event/class. 

For MOM & ME and COUPLES Paint Night events:  Ticket cost is for TWO painters (includes all the supplies for each to paint their own canvas).  You only need to purchase 1 ticket for the pair.

Arriving/Check in: Try to get there early, arrive at LEAST 15 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and grab an apron. Painting classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If arrive late, you are going to miss some of the instructions, and you’ll end up playing catch-up all night. Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Purchase tickets early, class size is limited. WE DO NOT have reserved seating (unless 4 or more tickets are purchased in one single transaction, then your seats will be reserved for you), so if you are attending with a group or friends and did not purchase 4 or more tickets in a single transaction, one of your group member should be there early enough to save seats for everyone. Please note, I do not ask guest who have already picked their seats to move  so that people/friends can sit together. 

Food/Drinks: Easely Created is a DIY workshop/paint venue. We do not sell food but you are more than welcome to bring food with you  and nonalcoholic beverages.  My "Art Studio Alcohol License" allows me to offer complimentary wine at events (Not all events will offer wine), If Sip & Paint is stated in event title, cine will be offered. 

Location: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times. Parking meters do not need to be paint M-F after 6pm and weekends are free as well.

No Artistic Ability Needed. Each class includes step by step instruction to create your very own art and all the supplies needed to do so! We often, as adults, forget that it is important to be creative, that it is proven to be beneficial to our mind, our spirit and our health. In our casual classes, adults allow themselves time to just have fun. No painting experience necessary!Take home your artwork at the end of event.

Refunds: Easely Created is owned and run by Me, Melanie Hoffman. It is not a chain and not a franchise. I paint all my own paint examples,  the examples posted are my work (so I do copyright my work). Please keep in mind, since I am the only one who does the events at Easely Created, there are times when emergencies might arise (as I have 2 kids) and with that said, if an event ever needs to be canceled because of ME or Weather, a new date is always offered and if you can't make it... I offer a refund. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I OFFER refunds. All events are nonrefundable. If you are not able to attend, YOU may sell your ticket (if you do, please let me know so that I can up date the guest list). Tickets can not be transferred to another event in the case that you are not able to make it to the event you purchased.  All sales are final on each ticket sold.

Gift Certificates: Easley created offers gift certificates and they can be purchased online, but MUST BE picked up at studio (your online receipt is not your gift certificate. I offer a few different gift certificates. Certificates are a ONE TIME PASS... One for a standard paint night, kids paint class and one for a DIY workshop. If redeeming a gift certificate, please message me so that I can add you to the guest list. CERTIFICATES MUST BE turned in upon check in at the event you selected to attend, if not, you will be required to pay for your event. 

Contacting Me: My studio does not have a phone setup there and this is due to the fact that i am ONLY at the studio during events (and would not answer the phone during an event) -  this is why I do not have a business phone listed. The fastest way to reach me is a message through my Facebook Easely Created page (answer within the hour) or do a form submission through my website (which can take a few hours for me to answer).
