Paint Your Pet

First, PURCHASE your ticket . cost will be $58 per person plus tax (one pet per canvas only) 12X16 Canvas. I recommend ages 12 and up. This event takes 2.5-4 hours to paint.

Next, email me a photo of your pet within 48 hours of ticket purchase (do not email photo unless you have purchased your ticket) melanielupien@ymail.com (yes it is ymail and not gmail).! Here are some tips for a successful photo:
- Allow only one pet per photo
- Make sure it's a high resolution photo (Learn more below)
- The pet should be clear and in the foreground with no furniture, objects, toys, body parts, etc. blocking your pet
- It's either a FULL body shot or a head shot with no cropped off edges (If it's cropped in the photo, it'll be cropped on the canvas!)
- I recommend to take a photo of your pet with the best camera you have under good, natural lighting
- Remember, the better your photo, the easier the painting process will be!!

AGAIN:

1. Picture needs to be a clear shot: if sending me a picture of a full animal body... it NEEDS TO BE A FULL SHOT with nothing covering the animal or parts of the animal cutoff by objects.. If parts are covered or cutoff, those parts will not be drawn. I only draw the pet, nothing else. THERE SHOULD NOT BE LOTS of empty blank space around the dog.

2. If sending a headshot: it must be a close up.(again no cutoff ears, top of head or side of head) Full Head shot.

3. PLEASE, when emailing me, send the picture as AN ATTACHMENT, do not just insert picture into email. I need the picture as an attachment.

4. I MUST BE ABLE TO PRINT YOUR PICTURE in an 8x10 size, if I cant, then your picture will need to be resent to me in a new format.

After you've sent your photo, that's when I get to work! I transfer the image to your canvas

When you arrive for your class, we will have your canvas and painting supplies ready for you. You get to customize your paint palette, so make sure you've thought of the colors you'd like to use on your pet and in your background!

Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can sell your event ticket to someone else if you are no longer able to attend (for that event only) Tickets are non transferable to another event, credits are not given if you are not able to attend your event. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED in advance, no tickets are sold at the door.

FOR FUNDRAISER Events: EACH PAINTER must purchase a ticket. If you are painting, you must purchase a ticket as studio seating is only available to those who have purchased a ticket for the paint event/class. No 50/50 Certificates can be redeemed for a fundraiser event.

For MOM & ME Paint Class and COUPLES Paint Night events: Ticket cost is for TWO painters (includes all the supplies for two to paint their own canvas). You only need to purchase 1 ticket for the pair.

ARRIVING and CHECKIN: Try to get there early, arrive at LEAST 15 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and grab an apron. Painting classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If arrive late, you are going to miss some of the instructions, and you’ll end up playing catch-up all night. Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Purchase tickets early, class size is limited. WE DO NOT have reserved seating (unless 4 or more tickets are purchased in one single transaction, then your seats will be reserved for you), if you are attending with a group or with friends and did not purchase 4 or more tickets in a single transaction, one of your group member should be there early enough to save seats for everyone in your party. PLEASE NOTE THAT, I do not ask guest who have already picked their seats to move so that people/friends can sit together.

Food/Drinks: Easely Created is a DIY workshop/paint venue. We do not sell food but you are more than welcome to bring food with you and nonalcoholic beverages. My "Art Studio Alcohol License" allows me to offer complimentary wine at events (Not all events will offer wine), If Sip & Paint is stated in event title, Wine will be offered. If you plan to enjoy an adult beverage, you will be required to show a valid ID.

Location: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times. Parking meters do not need to be paid M-F after 6pm and weekends are free as well.

No Artistic Ability Needed. Each class includes step by step instruction to create your very own art and all the supplies needed to do so! We often, as adults, forget that it is important to be creative, that it is proven to be beneficial to our mind, our spirit and our health. In our casual classes, adults allow themselves time to just have fun. No painting experience necessary! Take home your artwork at the end of event.

REFUNDS (additional Info): Easely Created is owned and run by Me, Melanie Hoffman. It is not a chain and not a franchise. If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given a refund. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I OFFER refunds.

Gift Certificates: Easley created offers gift certificates and they can be purchased online, but MUST BE picked up at studio (your online receipt is not your gift certificate. I offer a few different gift certificates. Certificates are a ONE TIME PASS... One for a standard paint night, kids paint class and one for a DIY workshop. If redeeming a gift certificate, please message me so that I can add you to the guest list. CERTIFICATES MUST BE turned in upon check in at the event you selected to attend, if not, you will be required to pay for your event.
