This is a WATTS Homeless Shelter Fundraiser. You will be painting the organization chosen "Summer flip-flops"  3 ft board design.

ABOUT OUR STUDIO and YOUR CLASS:
Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. All tickets/registrations for all of our events are nonrefundable, Tickets are non transferable to another event, credits are not given if you are not able to attend your event. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED in advance, no tickets are sold at the door. If you are no longer able to attend, you may sell your event ticket/registration to someone else (for that event only). WE DO NOT ALLOW SHARED projects, all painters/makers must be registered.

DIY WOOD WORKSHOPS: If you are attending a DIY WOOD workshops, your wood project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other natural blemishes that give it it's characteristics. Some peeling may occur with projects using vinyl. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect.

FOR MOM & ME Paint Class: When registering you only need to purchase one ticket as the one ticket covers the cost for 2 painters. Registration includes two 11x14 canvas and all other supplies needed to create a masterpiece. For the Mom and me classes, they are open to any parent and child between the ages of 6-14.

CREATIVE KIDS CLASSES and DIY WORKSHOPS: These classes are for ages 6-14 ONLY (sometimes we do make an exception and allow up to the age of 16). Do not register yourself (as an adult) for these classes as you will not be able to paint and a refund will not be offered. Seating for these classes our for our younger artist only. This is the one class that is strictly for kids ages 6-14 only and we do not make exceptions. Parents, once your child is registered, you have the option to drop them off a few minutes before class or you can stay and watch. We ask that parents do sit at another table than artist, away from the painters. We like to let our younger artist create with no pressure of perfection from their parents. These classes should be fun and not stressful. Our artist are there to help your child if needed.

FUNDRAISERS: Each painter must purchase a ticket. If you are painting, you must purchase a ticket as studio seating is only available to those who have purchased a ticket for the paint event/class and we do not offer shared projects unless it is a Mom and Me or Couples Paint class. Wine is not served at fundraisers. $10 per registration gets donated to the organization. If you would like to book a fundraiser, we offer them on Thursday evenings, message us for available dates and times.

SICK POLICY for KIDS PAINT Easely Created reserves the right to ask a parent to pick up a child from a class if they are sick. Please do not send a child to art camp or to a creative kids paint class with a suspected illness as this puts other kids and artist at risk.

ARRIVING & CHECKIN: Arrive no more than 10 minutes early to check in, find a seat, and grab an apron. Painting classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you are going to miss some of the instructions, and you’ll end up playing catch-up all night. Aprons will be provided, but consider wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Purchase tickets early, class size is limited.

RESERVED SEATING: WE DO NOT have reserved seating (unless 4 or more tickets are purchased in ONE single transaction, then your seats will be reserved for you), if you are attending with a group or with friends and did not purchase 4 or more tickets in a single transaction, one of your group member should be there early enough to save seats for everyone in your party. PLEASE NOTE THAT, I do not ask guest who have already picked their seats to move so that people/friends can sit together.

FOOD & DRINKS: Easely Created is a DIY workshop/paint venue. We do not sell food but you are more than welcome to bring food with you and NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages. My "Art Studio Alcohol License" allows me to offer 1-2 glasses of complimentary wine per person at Sip & paint events (Not all events will offer wine), If Sip & Paint is stated in event title, Wine will be offered. Some classes we will offer one glass while other classes we may offer up to 2 glasses per painter. If you plan to enjoy an adult beverage, you will be required to show a valid ID. VA STATE LAW does NOT ALLOW BYOB.

PRIVATE PARTIES: Private paint parties require a minimum of 8 painter (10 for specialty classes). All registrations are final. If only 7 register for your party, you will be required to purchase the additional ticket to meet your minimum. No outside alcoholic beverages can be brought in, but you can request for us to serve a glass a wine to your attendees for no extra charge. Message us for available dates and times. Private parties are booked in 2 hour time slots.

Birthday Parties: We offer parties for ages 6-14. The cost is $200 for up to 8 painters (each additional painter is $25. Each child paints a 16x20 canvas. The birthday child picks the design to be painted. Birthdays are booked in 2 hours time slots. The first 1 to 1.5 hours are spent painting and the remaining time can be used for food and gifts. We also offer DIY parties for ages 6-16, those at $230 for up to 8 painters.

LOCATION: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times. Parking meters do not need to be paid M-F after 6pm and weekends are free as well.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given a full refund. We ask that you leave the correct phone number and email at checkout as thats the quickest way to update you if we should need to cancel.

OTHER CANCELLATIONS: Easely Created reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. There needs to be a minimum of 6 painters signed up for a class for us to have the class. If that minimum is not met, registrants will be notified prior to class time and refunded. (Private parties require a minimum of 8 painters)

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Easley created offers gift certificates. CG they can be purchased online at easelycreated.com We offer them in $25 and $50 increments. When purchased online, we will mail them to you (to the address of choice that you leave at checkout).

No Artistic Ability Needed. Each class includes step by step instruction to create your very own art and all the supplies needed to do so! We often, as adults, forget that it is important to be creative, that it is proven to be beneficial to our mind, our spirit and our health. In our casual classes, adults allow themselves time to just have fun. No painting experience necessary! Take home your artwork at the end of event.
