BOOK THE DATE for your Childs Birthday Party at Easely Created

BOOK YOUR CHILDS pARTy STEPS/DETAILS

1. SELECT available times and dates from drop down menu "BOOK BIRTHDAY PARTY" blue button to the right  (if you do not see a date or time you are looking for, please message us, it could be we are booked for the main studio, but we also have a party room that might be available). DO NOT BOOK THE DATE AND TIME unless you are 100% sure that is the date and time you would like to book. 
2. PAY your despot of $100 to officially book your childs party (Balance of $100 will be due the day before your party date and includes up to 8 painters, you will have the option at that time to add extra painters for $25 each, if you should have more than 8 painters). Final headcount is also due the day before the party
3. NEXT, message us with the design you have selected at easelycreatedstudios@gmail.com, examples can be found on our website under "Paint Designs". Please message us within 48 hours of booking the date.  Dont see a design you love, message us as we can always create something new for your party. 
4. BIRTHDAY PARTY DETAILS/INFO: The hostess may arrive 30 minutes before party time to setup. Food and non alcoholic beverages can be brought in or delivered to the studio. The first portion of the party is spent painting, remaining time (about 30 minutes or more) is spent on your party fun: cake/food/gifts. etc). Party Packages are for AGES 6-14

ABOUT OUR STUDIO and YOUR CLASS:
Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, movie theater, or other public event. All tickets/registrations for all of our events are nonrefundable and non transferable to a new date/class if you are not able to make it, but you can gift or sell your registration to someone else.

• LOCATION: We are located in downtown Winchester one block west from old town walking mall and we are one block south from the Braddock "autopark" parking garage Street parking is also available but can be limited at certain times. Parking meters do not need to be paid M-F after 6pm and weekends are free as well
• WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: If an event should ever need to be canceled due to weather, I will offer a backup date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given a full refund. We ask that you leave the correct phone number and email at checkout as thats the quickest way to update you if we should need to cancel
• OTHER CANCELLATIONS: Easely Created reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. If this should happen, we will work with you to either refund or change party date/time
• CONTACT; Our studio does not have a phone. No Artistic Ability Needed. Each class includes step by step instruction to create your very own art and all the supplies needed to do so! We often, as adults, forget that it is important to be creative, that it is proven to be beneficial to our mind, our spirit and our health.
