Pete Elliston and Sarah Adie discovered a campsite called De Bearshoeke in Oudega,Friesland, not too far from Sneek. It's a lovely cruising ground for small and shallow draught boats so Pete and Sarah would love other gaffers to join them! The campsite is not yet open for the season but Pete and Sarah intend to book in as soon as they can, from Friday 25th September for 7 nights, departing on October 2nd for the Reeuwijk Raid.

We won't be booking anything on your behalf - merely attempting to co-ordinate, though we will try to reserve, but not book, 10 spaces grouped together on the campsite.   Drysailed dinghies and trailers are free, but box berths are available to stay afloat, at extra cost.

There is great sailing in protected waters and plenty of camping and other accommodation.
