6.35 An address by the Climate Hub on past achievements 2024-5 and future targets 2025-6

6.40 An update on the constitutional status of ELCAN will be provided by Sarah Bronsdon, of Lil who are the current host of East Lothian Climate Hub. 

6.50 A call to the membership regarding promoting and supporting the Green Futures Festival. 

6.55 An appeal from the Chair for people to stand forward for Board positions. We are looking for two more people join the Board and if anyone would like to put themselves forward with a CV and a covering letter we would be delighted to consider it, submitted to elcanchair@eastlothianclimatehub.org for consideration by the Board. 

Procedural sessions

7.00 A session regarding authorising the existing Board members who want to continue to do so: Ian Malcolm, Russell McLarty, Duncan Smeed, Sarah Bronsdon and Tim Hetherington (Chair).

7.15 A session authorising new Board members. The Board has been through a process of identifying potential new members from the whole county and the Board recommends that Philip Revell and Charlie Nathan be accepted. Philip and Charlie will introduce themselves. A vote will take place on this.

Discussion session

7.25 Session on the draft new ELCAN Manifesto and Mission Statement followed by a vote. 

7.40 Session on options for a platform for ELCAN members to communicate with each other. 

7.55 Climate Hub straw poll session on various support topics for ELCAN members.
