Creating Local Place Plans with your community

Local Place Plans (LPPs) are community-led plans that allow community bodies to actively plan for their future, and a tool for communities to develop their own plans on how land is used and developed in the local area, feeding into the Council’s Local Development Plan 2. 

Come along to this informal event to:

• Demystify local place plans, what they are, why they are important; how they fit into Community Action plans and the basics of how to create one
• Have your questions answered by Scottish Community Development Centre and East Lothian Council's planning department
