Yoga in the Gallery with Julian Fraser

Join us in the galleries at East Quay for a series of five introductory classes to Viniyoga taught by artist and yoga teacher, Julian Fraser. Viniyoga is a method derived from the teachings of Desikachar. These classes honour the individual's capabilities, emphasise breath work, and foster self-awareness.

Julian Fraser underwent yoga teacher training with Ranju Roy and Dave Charlton (Sadhana Mala), followed by an additional two years study dedicated to yoga as therapy. Julian has studied Vedic chanting with Sadhana Mala and Sheela Shankar for the past four years. With a teaching experience spanning back to 2012, Julian brings a wealth of knowledge to this practice.
