LAUNCH EVENT: A Guide to Community Architecture: A Panel Discussion

Date and Time: 7pm, Friday the 18th of October

Tickets: £5 (including a glass of wine)

Location: Gallery 2, East Quay

Join us to open the festival with a wide-ranging conversation about how we can break down barriers between the architecture profession and the communities they serve.
Hosted by Rob Feihn. £5 including a glass of wine.

The history of architecture stems from communities coming together to create buildings and structures for a shared social purpose. There is now a distinct separation between people and the professions that make the spaces in which we live, work and play. This event will involve presentations and a group conversation about how we can close that gap once again and encourage the community to become an active participant in its own built environment.
