More than Words - a workshop with Helen Cammock

Language conveys meaning and language conveys rhythm and language can be used to draw. This workshop aims to offer a space to consider how text and the poetic can speak in different registers and to explore how this may resonate in your own practice.

You are invited to bring with you a piece of text that you enjoy or holds meaning for you - it could be a poem, song lyric, single word or piece of prose. This is just to start our conversations. You will make something of your own during the workshop.

Access Info: This workshop will take place in the gallery and in Digbeth so will involve some walking. If you have any access needs that you would like to discuss in advance please drop us an email on info@eastsideprojects.org

We will all have lunch together during the workshop, so please bring your sandwiches!!
