Description
This session will be hosted on MS Teams by local Yoga Therapist and women’s health practitioner Karen Simnett. The session will be safe, welcoming and informative space where you can:
- Learn about the menopause from scientific and holistic perspectives
- Discover practical tools for navigating this transition
- Share experiences (if you wish)
Open to anybody experiencing perimenopause or menopause*, or who will in future and wants to learn.

- Irregular periods
- Achey joints and muscles
- Poor sleep
- Headaches
- Hot flushes and night sweats
- Changes in hair and skin
- Weight gain
- Anxiety

- Memory issues
- Concentration issues and brain fog
- Inability to multi-task
