Wed 19 Mar 2025 11:00 - 15:00
Hastings - Cavendish House, Room 601, TN34 3AA
Description
What is shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a physical therapy, originating in Japan, which uses a combination of pressure points, gentle manipulation and stretching to reduce tension and enable the positive movement of energy throughout the body.
To receive, Shiatsu is deeply relaxing and yet invigorating, leaving a feeling of tranquillity and a sense of being in touch one’s body. It stimulates the body’s own natural self-healing qualities, helping it find its own way to optimum health.

What to expect
Shiatsu always takes place fully clothed – the receiver should wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing that covers legs and arms. Sessions will be offered on specially designed ergonomic chairs or on a cushioned mat on the floor.
