Event Overview

The East Tennessee Holistic Health Fair brings together practitioners, wellness businesses, and the local community to experience and learn about natural and holistic approaches to health and well-being.

This is an interactive event designed to go beyond vendor tables, including:

• Demonstrations and mini-experiences
• Educational talks and workshops
• Opportunities for attendees to engage directly with practitioners

Attendees will include individuals new to holistic wellness as well as those already engaged and looking for additional resources.

Vendor Participation Guidelines

• Vendor offerings should align with holistic health, wellness, and related practices.

• Talk and workshop topics should reflect holistic health, wellness, or personal well-being.

• Participation and presenting opportunities are subject to review for alignment with the event.

• Premium Members: $60
• Pro Members: $75

🎤 Educational Talks & Workshop Sessions (Optional)

Vendors may request additional opportunities to present:

20-Minute Educational Talks

• Introduce your modality or topic
• Share practical insights with an engaged audience

45-Minute Workshop Sessions

• Longer or experiential sessions (e.g., yoga, meditation, breathwork, group processes)
• Two room types:
  • Circle (seated / discussion-based)
  • Movement (active / yoga-style)

Workshop Fee (Vendors): $25

Educational talks and workshop sessions are limited and will be scheduled after registration.

You will be contacted to confirm your placement and time.

Requesting a talk or workshop does not guarantee placement.
