Nurses Christian Fellowship Texas invites nurses, educators, students, and healthcare professionals to take time away from the busyness of life and Refresh their bodies, mind, and spirit! Come to the Piney Woods and grow deeper with God through worship, study, reflection, and prayer. Allow God’s Word and the Holy Spirit to transform and empower you.
Join us as Debbie Lascelles, RN, BSN, director of MercyWorks (https://mercyworks.org) helps us apply Scriptural truths to nursing and life through her inspiring stories as a medical missionary for over 30 years. Please join us as we explore how we can know Jesus more deeply and make Him known to others!
Note: You do not have to be a member of Nurses Christian Fellowship to attend, but participants may join by going to the NCF website: https://ncf-jcn.org/ and clicking on join; however membership is not required to attend.

Registration fee is priced per person and includes housing options, meals, refreshments, and materials. Texas CNE credit is not offered.
$195.00 Lodge room with linens (2 per room, twin beds with bath) --- only 20 rooms available
$175.00 Cabin room with linens (5 per room, lower bunk beds with shared bath)
· Students: ONLY full-time, pre-licensed (NOT RNs): $50.00 Cabin room with linens
· Saturday ONLY: $75.00 (NO overnight stay) Student Saturday ONLY: $25

FAQ
Will there be a meal Friday evening at the retreat?
No, you may bring your dinner or go into the Gilmer area for a meal before the start of the retreat. See the link for examples: List of eateries in Gilmer
What should I bring to the event?
Casual clothes, comfortable shoes, Bible, notebook if desired, writing materials, personal care items, and flashlight. Optional: lawn chair
Water, tea, and coffee will be provided throughout the retreat. No food is allowed in the cabin or lodge rooms due to potentially attracting animals! Bring your water bottle to refill!
Optional: Bring a silent auction (new or handmade) item to help raise funds for student scholarships to attend future retreats.
Will I need to bring bedding? No, bedding and towels will be provided. Bring any extra pillows as needed.
Will there be continuing education hours? No
What activities are available in our free time Saturday afternoon?
Indoor prayer stations, fishing, sand volleyball, basketball, mini golf, disc golf, horseshoes, Open Air Chapel with prayer labyrinth, Chapel in the Sky, Chapel at the Lake, Hammock Circle, and walking trails are available. There are 30 openings for canoeing/paddleboard on Saturday from 1:30 to 2:30. Sign-up will be available at registration.

What's the refund policy?
You can request a refund 30 days from the event, on or before March 1, 2023.
If you are unable to attend, your registration is transferable to another person.
