Eat Drink SLC 2026

Eat Drink SLC celebrates the people, places, and art that make Salt Lake City extraordinary. Each September, we bring together the region's finest chefs, makers, and storytellers for two unforgettable nights of food and drink, set against the magic of Tracy Aviary. Filled with tastes, art, people, and joy, Eat Drink SLC is a welcoming, inclusive event for all the senses.

Eat Drink SLC is hosted by a partnership between Tracy Aviary, SB Dance, and Vine Lore, three local organizations that love this city and the people in it.

We are proud to donate 100% of net proceeds to organizations representing the three pillars that make our community extraordinary: People, Place, and Art.

People: For 2026 and 2027, our People beneficiary is Comunidades Unidas, which builds opportunity and power for Utah's Latinx immigrant community.

Place is represented by our beloved host, Tracy Aviary, and Art by SB Dance, both longtime nonprofit partners doing work we cherish.

Vine Lore, a local beverage company, brings together our incredible hospitality community and its portfolio of producers to create a true celebration of SLC's food and drink culture. Since our very first event, Eat Drink SLC has raised over $259,000 for local nonprofits, with your help.
