Following the energy, ideas, and inspiration of the recent sold-out ebbf annual learning experience in Greece themed “Reorienting towards hope”, ebbf is offering you ways to SUSTAIN that HOPE in the new “Sustaining hope” series.
For this next interactive dialogue we have invited the protagonist of one of the most interacting individuals at the annual experience in Greece: Ho Yuet Mee who brought a group of colleagues and contacts all the way from Malaysia
"How do you stay hopeful?" Board director and community educator Ho Yuet Mee answers from experience—from boardrooms embracing sustainability as value creation to children discovering what truly matters. She will share the convictions beneath her hope—human nobility, our oneness, and the trusteeship we are each born into—and trace how education turns awareness into understanding, appreciation, and changed behaviour.
ABOUT HO YUET MEE
Ho Yuet Mee is an independent director at a leading ASEAN bank and serves on the Malaysian board of a global conservation organisation as well as on the international board of a global institution devoted to the ethical stewardship of wealth and voluntary giving. A chartered accountant with many years in professional practice across Asia Pacific and a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge, she is also the founder of two grassroots community initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. She moves between boardrooms and grassroots endeavours—and remains hopeful in both.
