Mona
recently joined ebbf, she is an AI transformation strategist, management consultant, and lawyer and who works at the intersection of technology, people and organizational change.
What makes Mona's perspective particularly relevant today is this combination of seemingly different worlds: law and technology, strategy and empathy, transformation and human behaviour, AI and kindness. Rather than seeing these as separate domains, she explores how they can reinforce one another.

One of the most distinctive aspects of Mona's thinking is her exploration of kindness as a leadership capability. For her, kindness is not synonymous with being agreeable or avoiding difficult conversations. It is connected to emotional regulation, clarity, humility, curiosity and service to others. She argues that leaders who create psychological safety can unlock greater creativity, collaboration and performance because people feel able to contribute, experiment and challenge ideas without fear.

At the heart of her work is this question: how can we use technology to make organizations more effective without making them less human?
