Better Way Café

Join us for this Better Way Café, a relaxed and uplifting afternoon of real conversation, fresh ideas and genuine human connection, hosted by Tess Lawrie.

This gathering is all about exploring practical ways we can build stronger, more resilient communities together.

We’ll be joined by Chay Godfrey, a founding member of Crops NOT Shops and a community shared farm near Glastonbury. Chay will share his vision for building intentional communities and shared farms, including practical ways of partnering with nature, farming harmoniously and working collaboratively.

We’ll also hear from Richard & Julia Vobes - The English Couple, who have taken to the land and are documenting their journey towards an off-grid farming life. They’ll share what they’ve learned so far - the pitfalls, joys, challenges and adventures along the way.

Expect an informal, friendly afternoon with plenty of opportunity to listen, chat, meet like-minded people and make new connections.
