MEAL PLAN - ALL MEAL PRICES INCLUDE BEVERAGES, TAX AND GRATUITY
In keeping with the message of ECETI, all of the food prepared on-site will be made with organic no-hormone beef, chicken, pork or turkey, organic produce and organic eggs. Meals are not included in the registration for the workshop or camping fees. There are no refunds for meals not eaten and no refunds for cancellation of meals. Please note that the exact menu is subject to change depending on product/produce availability and weather conditions at the ranch (if the weather is unusually hot or cold the menus will be adjusted accordingly)..
All meals are Gluten-Free. Options include Omnivore & Vegan Meals.
The limit on characters per meal description is why you will not see the word "organic" before each side dish included in the meal. Please know that though the description does not say "organic", the ingredients will be. For the full list of sides included in each meal please refer to the meal descriptions below.
Please note there will not be facilities available for people to cook their own food during this weekend and there is a burn ban on at this time. You can however choose to leave the ranch for meals at the local cafe if you do not wish to partake in the meal plan. Please be aware that on the weekends the café can get very busy and as much as we love them, their service may be an exercise in patience.

Upon check-in for the event you will receive meal tickets for each of the meals you have purchased. You must bring your meal ticket to each and every meal in order to be served so that we can ensure everyone who has paid for a meal receives one. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping you organically fueled during this amazing event.
