Prereq: Tinkercad 101 or comfort with the basic Tinkercad workspace (moving, grouping, and
combining shapes).
Ready to design something more ambitious than a keychain? In this class we build on core
Tinkercad skills to tackle multi-part workflows, working measurements and scale for functional
as well as decorative prints, using the Shape Generator and imported SVGs, and designing
objects that actually print well. We’ll be thinking through overhangs, tolerances, and orientation
before you ever hit slice. Students will design and print a more complex object of their choosing,
such as a small enclosure, a multi-piece puzzle, or a custom-fit part.
