🌀Extatický tanec existuje už tisícky rokov v rôznych kultúrach ako dôležitý rituál, ktorý prepájal členov komunity alebo kmeňa a v posledných rokoch sa opäť rozširuje po celom svete ako bezpečný priestor, pri ktorom si môžeme spoločne spontánne zatancovať, byť plne sami sebou a spočinúť v pohybe, ktorý vychádza z nášho vnútra. Cez plnú prítomnosť v našom tele sa dostávame stále bližsie k uvoľneniu našej mysle a precíteniu blaženosti číreho bytia.💎

📀 Ecstatic Dance set, ktorý nás čaká po úvodnej meditácii bude obsahovať hudbu rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, počas ktorej budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. 📀

🪽Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Sonic Temple je inovatívny live projekt, ktorý spája energickú silu extatického tanca s hĺbkou mantier, piesní zo speváckych kruhov a pohlcujúcich zvukových ciest prostredníctvom živého spevu a jedinečných remixov.

Počas tohto večera sa rozvinie živý chrám, ktorý držia dvaja hudobníci a ktorí prepletajú tanec, hlas a priestor do spoločného zážitku.

DJ Ion (Sebastian Hornstein) vedie večer pomocou organických beatov, elektronických groovov, živého spevu a improvizačných prvkov. Jeho sety sa odvíjajú ako cesta, ktorá otvára kolektívny zážitkový priestor, v ktorom môžu prirodzene vzniknúť radosť, autenticita a prepojenie.

Valerie miluje jemné, subtílne priestory. Ako vášnivá tanečnica a hudobníčka vytvára éterické a láskavé zvukové polia svojím jasným, anjelským hlasom. Pomocou hangu, gitary a nástrojov pre zvukové cesty prináša do priestoru mäkké, plynulé textúry a vďaka svojmu jemne naladenému sluchu zabezpečuje rovnováhu, hĺbku a harmóniu celkového zvuku.

DJ set začína potichu a s vnútorným zameraním, postupne sa rozvíja do silného, tanečného flow a napokon sa jemne rozpúšťa do vyživujúcich, upokojujúcich zvukových krajín zvukovej cesty. Sonic Temple je viac než koncert alebo DJ set — je to pozvanie osláviť prítomný okamih, pustiť sa, prepojiť sa a zažiť hudbu ako zdroj radosti, liečenia a komunity.

Eva je mentorka a koučka ženskej sily. Vo svojich skupinových programoch pracuje s vnútornou polaritou, ako aj s polaritou samotnej skupiny, pričom prepája svoje poznatky z čínskej medicíny, taoizmu, mindfulness a tantry. S viac ako pätnásťročnými skúsenosťami v oblasti leadershipu Eva vytvára priestor s jasnosťou a hlbokým rešpektom hraníc. Bezpečie a súhlas sú jadrom jej práce, rovnako zvedavosť a súcit sama so sebou.

🌹 We invite you to a special Valentine’s Edition of Ecstatic Dance on Friday evening, February 13th, at Vajnorská 21. 🌹

🕊️ Whether you come alone, as a couple, or with friends, we have prepared an Ecstatic Dance journey for you, tuned to opening the heart. DJ Ion and Valerie will guide you through their Sonic Temple, followed by a closing live concert with them that will gently touch your soul.

To begin, you can look forward to an active meditation where we will together explore both the lightness and the depth of conscious connection with ourselves and others, in a loving and safe space. 🕊️

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind.

Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will ground ourselves and connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves.

Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects.

To keep the clean & safe energetic space Ecstatic Dance there are a few things to keep in mind:

• We dance barefoot and without words on the dancefloor. As little as possible inner mind dialogue as well as outer dialogue helps to dive deeper into your own journey.

• Together we create a safe space where we support each other in authentic self-expression without judgement. Dance as a universal language will help us express and connect even more deeply with others.

• We can connect to others while reading their signals and respecting their boundaries.

• No drugs or alcohol on the dancefloor.

Sonic Temple is an innovative live project that merges the energetic power of Ecstatic Dance with the depth of mantras, singing-circle songs, and immersive sound journeys by incorporating live vocals and unique remixes.

On this evening, a living temple unfolds, held by two musicians who weave dance, voice, and space into a shared experience.

DJ Ion (Sebastian Hornstein) guides the night with organic beats, electronic grooves, live vocals, and improvisational elements. His sets unfold as a journey, opening a collective experiential space where joy, authenticity, and connection can naturally arise.

Valerie loves subtle, gentle spaces. A passionate dancer and musician, she weaves ethereal and loving sound fields with her bright, angelic voice. Using hang, guitar, and sound-journey instruments, she brings soft, flowing textures into the room and, with her finely tuned ears, ensures balance, depth, and harmony within the overall sound.

The DJ set begins quietly and inward-focused, gradually builds into a powerful, danceable flow, and gently dissolves into the nourishing, calming soundscapes of a sound journey. Sonic Temple is more than a concert or DJ set — it is an invitation to celebrate the moment, let go, connect, and experience music as a source of joy, healing, and community.

Eva is a mentor and coach of feminine power. In her group programs, she works with inner polarity as well as the polarity of the group itself, integrating her knowledge of Chinese medicine, Taoism, mindfulness, and tantra. With more than fifteen years of experience in leadership, Eva creates a space held with clarity and deep respect for boundaries. Safety and consent are at the core of her work, alongside curiosity and self-compassion.
