💃 Cos’è per Noi l’Ecstatic Dance?

L’Ecstatic Dance è un modo libero e naturale di muoversi—non ci sono passi da seguire, coreografie, giusto o sbagliato. È un’opportunità per ascoltare la musica, sentire il proprio corpo e lasciare che il movimento accada in modo spontaneo.

✨ Alcuni ballano in modo energico, altri si muovono dolcemente, altri ancora si siedono o si sdraiano per godersi il ritmo.
✨ L’unica regola è rispettare sé stessi e gli altri, condividendo lo spazio con gentilezza e consapevolezza.
✨ Nessuna parola, nessuna distrazione—solo musica, movimento e presenza.

🌿 La Location: Ponte Sulla Natura

Ponte Sulla Natura è un rifugio immerso nel verde delle colline bolognesi, circondato da prati, boschi e sentieri panoramici. È il luogo perfetto per vivere il Carnevale in un modo autentico e naturale, lontano dal caos della città, in uno spazio ideale per il movimento, la creatività e la connessione con la natura.

🔹 Come Prepararsi all’Esperienza 🔹

✅ Idratazione ed Energia – Forniremo acqua e uno snack leggero di frutta fresca e secca. Porta la tua borraccia per ridurre i rifiuti.
✅ Abbigliamento Comodo – Indossa vestiti a strati e porta qualcosa di caldo per il momento di chiusura.
✅ Regole di Base – Niente telefoni, niente sostanze intossicanti. Si danza a piedi nudi e si rispetta lo spazio degli altri con presenza e consenso.

🎶 Holly Fontanelli – Co-Fondatrice, Ecstatic Dance DJ
Holly è DJ da oltre 20 anni, co-fondatrice di Ecstatic Grooves, con una profonda passione per la musica e il movimento. Co-organizza Ecstatic Grooves e crea esperienze di danza trasformative con set musicali dinamici e pieni di anima. Formata come DJ con Dance the Medicine.  

💃 Felippe Fontanelli – Co-Fondatore, Organizzatore, Facilitatore
Felippe è il co-fondatore di Ecstatic Grooves, con 20 anni di esperienza nel settore alimentare. Promuove sistemi alimentari plant-based e il cambiamento ambientale. Attraverso Ecstatic Grooves, desidera costruire una comunità che coltivi amore, rispetto e connessione, ed è formato come facilitatore con Dance the Medicine.

🌿 Esmeralda Conceição – Esperta in Educazione Infantile
Oltre 20 anni di esperienza internazionale come educatrice primaria in 4 continenti con un approccio centrato sullo studente. Fondatrice di emcpowerofme, coach certificata formata da Dr. Haris Syed del Coach Transformation Academy e formata da Alyssa Nobriga dell'Institute for Coaching Mastery.

🚗 In Auto:

• Uscita autostradale Sasso Marconi.
• Imposta Via Pontecchio 6, Sasso Marconi su Google Maps.
• Una volta arrivati alla chiesa, cambia destinazione a Via Preda 3, Sasso Marconi.
• Parcheggia dove vedi le bandiere colorate e segui il sentiero (150m a piedi).

Che il tuo bambino abbia già partecipato a eventi simili o sia la sua prima volta, questa esperienza è pensata per permettergli di esplorare il movimento liberamente, essere creativo e vivere la magia del Carnevale insieme a te.

Per aiutare il tuo bambino a vivere un’esperienza positiva, ti invitiamo a prepararlo con queste semplici informazioni:

✨ Balliamo Insieme! – Questo è un momento speciale per bambini e adulti per muoversi, giocare e divertirsi insieme, rispettando chi ci sta intorno.

💃 Muoviti Come Vuoi! – Non ci sono mosse giuste o sbagliate! Puoi saltare, girare, ondeggiare o anche riposarti. L’importante è lasciare spazio agli altri per ballare liberamente.

🌱 Prova Qualcosa di Nuovo! – Ballare in questo modo potrebbe sembrare strano all’inizio, e va bene così! Puoi essere curioso, divertirti ed esplorare il movimento a modo tuo.

🌳 Gioca ed Esplora! – Saremo immersi nella natura, con attività divertenti pensate per i bambini. Se hai bisogno di una pausa dalla danza, nessun problema! Ci sarà uno spazio speciale con attività semplici e coinvolgenti, così potrai esplorare e tornare a ballare quando vorrai.

📵 Niente Schermi, Solo Te! – I telefoni restano fuori dal cerchio della danza, così possiamo essere presenti e sentire la musica. I migliori ricordi nascono muovendoci, giocando e divertendoci insieme!

Le attività sono pensate per bambini dai 5 ai 10 anni, ma se il tuo bambino è più piccolo o più grande, contattaci prima di iscriverti, così possiamo adattare l’esperienza o darti qualche consiglio.

Saremo affiancati da Esmeralda Conceição, esperta in educazione infantile e membro prezioso della nostra comunità. Tuttavia, questo non è un servizio di babysitting—i genitori restano responsabili dei loro bambini e sono invitati a vivere questa esperienza insieme a loro.

Ponte Sulla Natura is a peaceful retreat nestled in the green hills of Bologna, surrounded by meadows, forests, and scenic trails. It’s the perfect space to experience Carnival in an authentic and natural way, away from the city's chaos, allowing space for movement, creativity, and connection with nature.

🔹 How to Prepare for the Experience 🔹

✅ Stay Hydrated & Energized – We’ll provide water and a small snack of fresh and dried fruit. Bring your own water bottle to reduce waste.
✅ Dress Comfortably – Wear layered clothing and bring something warm for the closing session.
✅ Guidelines – No phones, no intoxicating substances. We dance barefoot, and we respect each other's space with presence and consent.

Holly has been DJing for over 20 years, bringing a deep passion for music and movement. She co-runs Ecstatic Groovesand curates transformative dance experiences with soulful and dynamic sets.

💃 Felippe Fontanelli – Co-Founder, Event Organizer, Facilitator
Felippe is the co-founder of Ecstatic Grooves, 20 years of experience in the food industry, he promotes plant-based systems and environmental change. Through Ecstatic Grooves, he wants to build a community that nurtures love, respect and connection, trained as a facilitator with Dance the Medicine.

🤩 Esmeralda Conceição → 20+ years of international primary educator experience in 4 continents with student-centred philosophy, founder of emcpowerofme, certified life coach trained by Dr. Haris Syed of Coach Transformation Academy and trained by Alyssa Nobriga of The Institute for Coaching Mastery.

• Take the Sasso Marconi highway exit.
• Set Via Pontecchio 6, Sasso Marconi on Google Maps.
• Once you reach the church, change the destination to Via Preda 3, Sasso Marconi.
• Park where you see the colorful flags and follow the path (150m on foot).

🚆 By Train:

• A shuttle service is available from Borgonuovo Station at 1:45 PM (upon request, limited spots—confirm when purchasing your ticket).

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A Letter to the Parents / Families of Our Community!

We’re so excited to welcome you and your family to our Carnival Celebration—a joyful day of dance, play, and connection in nature! Whether your child has danced like this before or it’s their first time, this event is designed to let them explore movement freely, be creative, and enjoy the magic of Carnival together with you.

To help your child have a positive experience, we encourage you to set expectations before arriving. Here are some key points you can share with them:

✨ Let’s Dance Together! – This is a time for kids and grown-ups to move, play, and have fun. Everyone is welcome to dance in their own way while being kind to those around them.

💃 Move However You Like! – There are no right or wrong moves! You can jump, spin, sway, or even rest if you want. Just remember to be mindful of others and give everyone space to dance freely.

🌱 Try Something New! – Dancing this way might feel different at first, and that’s okay! You can be curious, have fun, and explore movement in your own way.

🌳 Play and Explore! – We’ll be outside in nature, with fun activities just for kids. If you ever need a break from dancing, that’s okay too! There will be a special space with simple and fun things to do, so you can explore, play, and rejoin the dance whenever you’re ready.

📵 No Screens, Just You! – We leave phones and devices outside the dance circle so we can be fully present and feel the music. The best memories come from moving, playing, and having fun together!

The activities are best suited for children aged 5-10, but if your child is younger or older, please reach out before signing up so we can adapt the experience or offer guidance.

To support a harmonious and engaging space, we’re joined by Esmeralda Conceição, an expert in child education and a valued member of our community. However, this is not a babysitting service—parents remain responsible for their children at all times and are encouraged to enjoy the experience together.
