SOMATIC DAY RAVE

A 2-hour daytime dance experience where you can ditch the overthinking, move whatever needs moving and dance like nobody's watching.

No choreography. No right or wrong way to move. No nightclub. No alcohol needed.

Just music, movement, connection and a whole lot of feel-good energy with a gentle somatic element to help you process stuck emotions, whilst getting out of your head and back into your body.

NOTE:

Please let us know before the session if you answer yes to any of the following:

• In the first trimester of pregnancy
• Suffer from seizures/epilepsy
• Are fitted with a pacemaker
• Wear hearing aids

Answering yes to any of the above does not necessarily mean you cannot participate in the session but do make the practitioners aware.
