Leveling-Up Admin Workflows: Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Expresis a series of five online 90-minute sessions designed to help school office workers and classified staff streamline administrative tasks while creating high-quality materials for school events and communications. Throughout these sessions, participants will master Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express to efficiently create, edit, and manage documents and digital content. The course will focus on key skills such as creating interactive forms, collaborating on documents, designing professional flyers, and producing visually compelling content for school communications. Each participant will complete a Learning Journal, documenting their progress with hands-on projects and reflecting on how these tools can transform their daily workflows. By the end of the course, staff will be empowered to apply their newfound skills to boost productivity, optimize office efficiency, and craft polished, professional materials that elevate school communications and events.

• Monday June 9 | Intro to Adobe Express: Overview, Flyers, Social Media Graphics & Translations: in this session, you'll learn the fundamentals of Adobe Express, a user-friendly tool that empowers you to create eye-catching flyers, engaging social media graphics, and easily translated content to reach diverse audiences. 
• Tuesday June 10 |Intro to Adobe Express and Acrobat: PDFs, editing, signing and organising and PDF quick actions: this session equips school office workers and classified staff with essential Adobe Express and Acrobat skills. Learn to create, edit, sign, and organize PDFs efficiently. Explore PDF quick actions to streamline workflows, enhancing productivity in document management and communication. Perfect for beginners seeking practical, hands-on training.
• Wednesday June 11 | Intro to Adobe Express: Video 101 & captions: this session helps school office staff and classified employees create engaging videos using Adobe Express. Learn to edit videos, add captions for accessibility, and enhance communication. Gain practical skills to produce professional-looking content for school announcements, social media, and presentations.
• Thursday June 12 | Intro to Adobe Express: Explore Templates, Stock images: this session introduces school office staff and classified employees to Adobe Express for video creation. Learn to edit videos, add captions for accessibility, and enhance visual communication. Gain practical skills to create professional-looking content for school announcements, social media, and presentations.
• Monday June 16 | Intro to Adobe Express: Animated Characters and Animations. Webpage design and publishing 102:  this session teaches school office staff and classified employees how to create animated characters, add animations, and design engaging web pages using Adobe Express. Learn to publish professional-looking content for school websites, newsletters, and presentations with ease—perfect for beginners looking to enhance digital communication and creativity.

Requirements:

• Access to Adobe Express and Adobe Acrobat
• Suitable laptop or device
• No previous experience of using Adobe Express or Adobe Acrobat

Cost per person: $350

Participants will have the opportunity to receive a badge and certificate for 9 hours of professional development for completing this course and submitting a digital learning journal and short reflection using Adobe Express webpage.
