The iconic Harmony Valley Creamery ice cream truck will run the party to kick off the Summer House, featuring exclusive one-time-only ice cream collaborations with beloved local brands like Paso Almonds and Chaparral Gardens, and a 21+ treat: the Calwise Spirits Co whiskey ice cream pour over. Enjoy Paso Robles Distillery Trail and Root Elixirs cocktails, Cellar Fermentation beer and food stations by Edible staff picks Bear City Social, Pono Pacific Kitchen, Wayward Baking and SLO Provisions, and onsite live illustration by artist Kristiana Daly of Painted Love by Kristiana, for an afternoon of celebrating all who made the Edible Magazine summer issue possible.

All food and drink are included in the ticket price.

The Edible Magazine San Luis Obispo Summer House is a celebration of all things culinary, as we bring the pages of the magazine to life at the beautiful La Lomita Ranch. This curated multi-day gathering of experiences is an opportunity to try one-time-only food collaborations; cooking classes; farm shares; dinner parties; media meet-and-greets with Edible magazine staff; chef’s tables; and more, enjoying it all- together.
