Big things are planned for the Summer House's last hoorah - our Closing Night Dinner! This multi-course, family style meal is a shot of sunshine, embracing vibrant summer produce, where every dish is hyper-seasonal and meticulously curated by the evening's chef Jacob Burrell, Executive Chef at Niner Wine Estates. Highlighting the bounty of Niner's onsite garden, Windrose Farm, Babe Farms and Molnar Cattle Co - this dining affair will be a celebration of culinary collaboration. Niner Wine to be served.
Before joining us in wine country, Chef Jacob worked at Michelin-starred restaurant Manresa, Post Ranch Inn and Big Sur Bakery. He spent a number of years at Parachute Bali - a bakery, farm and restaurant in Indonesia. While there, he competed and won Iron Chef Indonesia.

About the Edible Magazine Summer House
The Edible Magazine San Luis Obispo Summer House is a celebration of all things food-related, as we bring the pages of the magazine to life at the beautiful La Lomita Ranch. This four-day gathering of experiences is an opportunity to try one-time-only food collaborations; cooking classes; farm shares; dinner parties; media meet-and-greets with Edible magazine staff; chef’s tables; and more, enjoying it all- together.
